Job Duties

  1. Support the sales team in areas of technical business development and sustaining projects.
  2. Be the case manager and contact window for customers in FA cases and manage the communication by assignment.
  3. Conduct testing to replicate failure, inspect product and perform preliminary failure analysis upon request; visit customer for on-site debugging and protocol logging when necessary.
  4. Review and/or compile FA reports; deliver and explain FA reports to customers.
