日本东京（2023 年 4 月）– 专业存储和内存解决方案的全球领导者ATP Electronics宣布自疫情后备受期待的日本IT周嵌入式和边缘计算春季博览会 (ESEC Spring) 回归。ESEC Spring是日本最大的IT展览会，有11个展示企业信息技术不同领域的展览，将于4月5日至7日在东京国际展示场举行，ATP的展位位于E46-1。
高带宽、低延迟PCIe Gen4存储
ATP将展示其PCIe Gen4闪存产品，包括新的N600Si/Sc NVMe M.2 2280和具有 x4 通道的U.2 SSD，最大带宽为8 GB/s。N600Si/Sc NVMe M.2 2280 基于100多层3D TLC NAND，容量从240 GB到3.84 GB，而U.2 SSD的容量为960 GB到7.68 TB。
同时展出的还有N600Si/Sc系列CFexpress Type B卡，这是最新的基于NAND闪存的高速存储卡，采用基于PCIe 接口的 NVMe™ 协议。

ATP在日本IT周上首次展示其DDR5解决方案。具有4800/5600 MT/s内存带宽，取代DDR4的最高速度3200 MT/s。DDR5预计可扩展至6400 MT/s通道速度，从而使DDR4的速度翻倍并转化为更高的整体性能。与DDR4的1.2V 相比，工作电压仅为1.1V，从而降低功耗并节省更多电量。ATP DDR5内存模块可用作RDIMM、ECC/non-ECC UDIMM和 ECC/non-ECC SO-DIMM。
适用于极端环境的经济高效的宽温解决方案
ATP展示了成本较低的内存产品来替代使用昂贵的本地工业级集成电路 (IC) ，这些产品的额定工作温度 (I-Temp) 范围为‑40℃~85℃。
宽温DRAM模块在相同的极端温度范围内可靠运行，但成本更低。ATP 使用自动测试设备 (ATE) 执行严格的功能测试，以检测结构和组件缺陷，并筛选出边缘时序和信号完整性敏感性。此外，100%系统级老化和100%老化期间测试 (TDBI) 的系统测试可有效筛选出薄弱的IC。
I-Temp等级的SSD和e.MMC产品满足嵌入式/工控机、汽车、运输和网络等不同领域的严格存储要求，这些领域在恶劣气候、通风很少或没有通风的受限空间以及极热或极冷的温度下运行时，要求高的正常运行时间和可靠性。
Watch Out for Open Seminars
Open seminars will be held at the ATP booth to provide more technical information on ATP technologies and solutions. Topics include Wide/Industrial Temperature DRAMs, SSDs/e.MMC and a look at ATP’s environmental, social, and governance initiatives particularly on the “Smart Factory.”
