We Build with You — Inside ATP's Employee Benefits Upgrade
At ATP, "We Build with You" is more than a tagline.
It describes a two-way relationship: as our people grow, the company grows with them — and we keep building a workplace where meaningful work and a full life outside of it can hold together.
This year, we are introducing our Employee Benefits Upgrade — a set of changes designed to give colleagues more flexibility and more genuine support across the different stages and situations of their lives.
The upgrade includes:
- 5 days of annual leave for new joiners
- 1 day of birthday leave
- 3 days of paid family care leave
- 2 days of ATP LOHAS (wellness) leave
- 3 days of homecoming leave
- Volunteer leave
- Health check leave
- A 4-hour flexible window for daily start and finish times
Behind each of these is the same idea: good work does not come only from the hours people put in. It comes from people who feel trusted, supported, and valued.
