With dimensions of 7.2 mm x 7.2 mm, the E600Vc Series e.MMC redefines space and power efficiency for prolonged use and maximum savings. N75Pi, A750Pi, S750Pi Series in pSLC Configuration: These SSDs and memory cards built with pseudo Single Level Cell (pSLC) offer over 100,000 P/E cycles endurance, which can be further increased to 150K P/E cycles (50% enhancement) depending on the customer’s request, model and configuration. This enhancement translates to an impressive 75 Drive Writes Per Day (DWPD) for sequential write workloads and 21 DWPD for JESD219A enterprise workloads

N651Si/Sc, A650Si/Sc, S650Si/Sc Series in Native TLC: These storage solutions in native Triple Level Cell (TLC) offer up to 11,000 P/E cycles endurance, which is the highest for any NAND flash storage configured with native TLC, translating to a drive-level endurance of 1 DWPD with default 7% overprovisioning (OP).

ATP’s highest-endurance storage solutions sustain data integrity over extended periods of time even when exposed to harsh environments and extreme temperatures, thanks to the 125°C wide temp operating range (may vary by product) and robust cross-temperature error handling.
