Job Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned distribution customers and their strategic accounts
- Prospect and develop key relationships at all levels within assigned customers
- Achieve sales targets
- Expand the business pipeline via new business development at existing customers and new customer acquisition activities
- Working with members of ATP across all global offices to develop sales opportunities
- Represent ATP at exhibitions and other events
Job Requirements:
- Degree or education in business related field
- Affinity for technology, ideally experience in the semiconductor field
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Very good command of German and English
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally Salesforce
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of DRAM and Flash products desirable

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling memory in the industry. Candidates should also have practical experience working with DRAM and NAND Flash products.
- As a member of the ATP sales team you will be responsible for presenting the ATP memory technology, products and solutions to ATP’s extensive sales rep networks and prospective customers.
- Active knowledge in the storage and semiconductor market space
- OEM experience
- Knowledge of SSD, Flash, DRAM technology
- Previous proven track record of incremental sales increases
- Tier 1 account experience preferred
- Ability to communicate technically on product related issues and advocate for issues that require assistance from the ATP FAE, PM and CQA team
- Present Company overview presentation, product demonstrations, and gather customer requirements.
- Domestic travel is required
BSEE/CS or equivalent is preferred but not required;
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Memory Products,
- Key account management experience Preferred
- Demonstrable experience and expertise with memory architecture in Linux and Windows-based systems a big Plus

What You'll Be Doing
• Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities like, giving training sessions, present ATP products, technologies and services, coordinating joint validation and providing technical support/solutions, etc. Develop relationships with customer’s engineering counterparts.
• Take the ownership to drive the closure of cases of product issues and deliver solutions to fulfill customer’s technical requirement.
• Perform failure analysis/testing at regional office and at customer’s sites upon request. Write/translate and explain failure analysis reports, testing results and technical documents to customers.
• Learn and master new industry technologies, product knowledges, testing software and customer applications constantly.
What We're Looking For
• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related program preferred. Combination of education and experience with NAND Flash and DRAM Memory Products are acceptable.
• One who’s comfortable at learning new software and OS; and at operating equipment like Oscillation Scope, Logic Analyzer and Protocol Analyzer. Experience with Windows, Linux and/or similar OS experience is a must.
• Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory, as customer interface will be a significant aspect of the job.

Job Duties:
SATA and NVMe SSD/Embedded SSD is a rapidly growing product segment at ATP Electronics Inc. As a Field Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for all NAND Flash products, interfacing with sales and ATP Engineering, R&D and Quality teams to support ATP’s USA customer base for technical issues on new product design-ins and sustaining business. The role involves an understanding of various aspects of the SSD product along with an understanding on what it takes to validate the product and integrate into customer environments.
• Contribute knowledge and expertise to support ATP’s customers, sales, engineering and product business units
• Understand customer product and technical requirements
• Own customer cases, FA reports, and manage related technical documentation
• Engage in collaborative field failure analysis and debug onsite at customer locations
• Proactively and continually learn to strengthen knowledge of ATP products, roadmaps and services, SSD diagnostic tools and protocol analyzers/debug equipment
Job Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases, generate and review technical reports and collaboratively solve customer issues
• Ability to travel for on-site failure analysis per customer requirements and urgency
• BSEE/CE/CS required, MSEE/CE/CS preferred
• Prior field experience of 4+ years
• OS, Windows, Linux and others is highly desired
• Prior knowledge of electronics, computer/system hardware highly desired
• Prior knowledge of NAND SSDs and DRAM preferred
• Semiconductor experience preferred
