TAIPEI, Taiwan, August 27, 2026 — ATP has appointed Mike McClimans Chief Revenue Officer, Rex Wang Chief Business Officer, and has named Raymond Lu to the newly created Chief Financial Officer position; Raymond joins the company this month.
Both Mike and Rex bring deep, relationship-driven experience with ATP's customer and partner base, and their new roles reflect that track record. The CFO position responds to a separate priority: ensuring financial planning keeps pace with the company's growth.
Mike joined ATP in 2019 as Vice President of Sales for North America, following positions at Intel, Micron, SMART Modular Technologies and Samsung. As Chief Revenue Officer, Mike will focus on deepening ATP's partnerships across the business — expanding relationships with existing customers, identifying new business development opportunities, and strengthening alignment with suppliers. Mike is succeeded by Aaron Harris, who takes over as head of North American sales.
Rex has led ATP's marketing since joining in 2022 as Vice President of Marketing, advancing to Executive Vice President in January 2025, a title he retains in addition to his new Chief Business Officer role. As CBO, Rex will oversee marketing and ATP's other internal business departments, working in close alignment with Mike to keep the internal organization aligned with the company's external growth.
Raymond brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and financial leadership, with extensive CFO experience spanning financial strategy, corporate governance, and global financial management. Prior to joining ATP, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Chardon Group Co., Ltd., and previously held CFO and spokesperson roles at Eikei Group (Cayman) Co., Ltd. and Transcend Information Inc. His experience in building financial structures to support business growth will strengthen ATP's financial planning as the company continues to scale. He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Tunghai University.
